  • Consultation content: Questions you ask, concerns you share, and notes from your session (kept strictly confidential).
  • Payment information: Processed through secure third-party payment gateways (Razorpay/Stripe/PayPal). We do not store full card numbers or CVV details on our servers.
  • Technical data: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate your Kundli or conduct your consultation
  • To send service-related communications (booking confirmations, session reminders, follow-ups)
  • To process payments through secure gateways
  • To respond to your questions and provide customer support
  • To improve our services based on aggregated, anonymised usage data

4. What We Do NOT Do

  • We do not sell your data. Period.
  • We do not share your data with third-party marketers, affiliates, or advertisers.

  • We do not record consultations unless you explicitly request a recording (provided as a private link).
  • We do not store full payment card details — these are handled by PCI-compliant payment processors.

  • Payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal) — to process your transactions.
  • Hosting providers — our website hosting infrastructure (data centres in India and globally).
  • Email and SMS providers — to deliver booking confirmations and reminders.

Under applicable data protection law (including the DPDPA 2023 in India and GDPR for EU residents), you have the right to:

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Parents may consult about their minor child’s chart with their consent and supervision. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we delete it promptly.
