If you cannot attend the scheduled puja, the ritual is still performed in your name and gotra on the pre-selected auspicious muhurat — your physical presence on video is recommended but not strictly required for the puja's spiritual completion. We do not offer refunds once the muhurat is locked and pandit assignment is confirmed, but we do offer one free reschedule with 48-hour notice.

Yes. After every online puja, we send you a recording of the complete ritual along with photographs of the sankalp ceremony. Consecrated prasad and yantras (where applicable) are couriered to your address within 5-7 working days. International shipping is available for an additional fee.
