1. Nature of Services

AstroIndus provides Vedic astrology consultations, Kundli analysis, Panchang information, daily horoscopes, and related spiritual guidance services. All content and readings are offered for educational, entertainment, and self-reflection purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book a paid consultation or make a purchase. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Minors may use the site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All consultation bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely. AstroIndus does not store card details.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your slot details within 4 hours of booking.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation 24+ hours before slot: Full refund within 5–7 business days.
• Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% refund or credit note for a future session.
• No-show by client: No refund. Rescheduling available at 50% of the session fee.
• No-show by astrologer: Full refund or free reschedule at your preference.

5. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your consultation up to 12 hours before the scheduled time at no additional charge. Requests after the 12-hour window are subject to availability and a rescheduling fee of ₹200.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

Astrological readings reflect tendencies, timing patterns, and possibilities based on classical Vedic and Lal Kitab principles. AstroIndus does not guarantee specific outcomes. Results may vary based on individual karma, free will, and planetary transits not visible in the natal chart.

7. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate birth details (date, time, and place) at the time of booking. Errors may affect reading quality.
• Treat our astrologers with respect. Abusive or threatening behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
• Do not record, redistribute, or commercialise session content without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on AstroIndus — including articles, Kundli reports, Panchang data, horoscope write-ups, and site design — is the exclusive property of AstroIndus. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your personal and birth data is collected solely to provide the requested astrological services. We do not sell your data. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

AstroIndus and its practitioners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on astrological readings, including but not limited to financial loss, relationship decisions, or health-related choices made based on our content.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgarh.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
