Common Reading Mistakes
Counting houses from the Lagna
The single most common BNN application error. Parashari counts from the Ascendant. BNN counts from the karaka under study. “Venus in 5th from Jupiter” means count from Jupiter, not from the rising sign. Counting from the Lagna gives wrong results.
Ignoring Saturn’s relational position
